Appointments can be scheduled up to 14 calendar days in advance. You can make an appointment through the Online Appointment Scheduler or call 90. The appointment line is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Appointments can only be made for the county where your residence is located. Applications completed without an appointment will not be accepted for processing. You are required to make an appointment for ALL services before completing step 2.
